How Do You Know?

A while back I asked all of my twitter followers the big question “How do you know when you are in love?”

I received some awesome answers:

“You stop shaving your legs… and neither of you care”

“You know you’re in love when you can’t picture your life with out them. Cheesy but very true”

“When you realize you’d be ok with pushing him around in a wheelchair – god forbid! - b/c he has such a big sexy brain”

“You know you’re in love when you use condoms with the other girls ‘ Owen Wilson movie”

“When you can’t imagine being without them”

“This wonderful feeling if euphoria comes over me and I feel such a rush and fuzzy feeling when just looking at the person”

“When I don’t feel good about not talking to the person at some point in the day. If its not love, it doesn’t bother me”

“When all that matters is being together” (this one was my favorite)

I know… great answers right? The Twitterverse can be so wonderful.

I bet you’re wondering why I asked this question in the first place… well there is the obvious reason. Yes, it’s what you think it is.

But there is another reason too. I have been working on my speech for my best friends wedding and I have done a ton of research on love quotes and such. Needless to say it got me all in a lovey-dovey-hearts-in-my-eyes mood.

I can’t wait to finish my speech (and say it) so I can post it on here. Its pretty awesome if I do say so myself.

So... how do YOU know when you’re in love?

You just know! :p Terrible and vague of an answer, I know. But I seriously can't imagine going on my adventures with any other person ALL the time. :)

It's all of the above. You just know, because of the butterflies when you look at him/her, or when, after months and years, you can still look at that person and have your breath stolen right out of your lungs.

I told Chad that I knew I would marry him when I realized that I wasn't getting tired & irritable being around him all the time ;)

When you reach that very terrifying, yet calming stage you never thought you'd get to where you would get irrationally excited about which Netflix is in the mail for Friday night.
